الحديث بنَهَمٍ متزايد، فجاءتْ هذه الرسالةُ لِتُبَيِّـنَ الضوابطَ التي تُحدِّدُ

جميع النواحي، ولا تعادله أيُّ وسيلةِ تَلَقٍّ.

2- بيان وسيلة السماع. 3- ضبط
تفاصيل السماع. 4- التقيّد بضوابط التلقي
مشافهةً. 5- إجازة الشيخ. 6- التقيّد بأمن المعلومات.

الفضائيات، ولا مِن التسجيلات بجميع حالاتها.
ABSTRACT
Indeed, science of
receiving prophetic tradition “ILM TALAQQI” together with science of
chain of narrators “ILM ISNAD”, both sciences are among great
features of Islamic UMMAH. Hence, protecting mentioned sciences are compulsory
upon the Ummah and its scholars. Moreover, as we are living in technological
era, witnessing prompt changing and evolutions in this regard; in both of its
positive and negative aspects. This study aims to explore standers of dealing
with currant tools of technological communication pertaining science of
receiving prophetic tradition and science of chain of narrators. It worth to
mention here that it is meant by those standers of dealing with prophetic
tradition the following:
ü Realization of the accepted from unaccepted in terms of
“science of receiving” that takes place in ongoing means of
technological communication. By means of applying science of prophetic
tradition “ILM MUSTALAH” on those recent issues of communication.
ü Clarifying norms and etiquette of dealing with the recent tools of
technological communication, pertaining science of receiving prophetic
tradition and science of chain of narrators.
ü Naming some misconduct means of dealing with such issues.
Furthermore,
the paper aims at studying other related issues; such as importance of these
new tools recently, and how they may help in developing science of prophetic
tradition in general, and understand it.
Also, among goals of this research
is its aim at explaining the extent of correctness of personal calculations, as
well as accuracy of recent chaining issues (QADAYA ISNADIYYAH; such as TAWKIL
IJAZAH, SAMA’ –listening- IJAZAT BILMURSALAH) through new technological means
of communication. Lastly, the thesis points out norms and etiquette of dealing
with the recent tools of technological communication, pertaining science of
receiving prophetic tradition and science of chain of narrators, and how to
integrate those norms and etiquettes in the field of IJAZAT. Besides, the
research has been conducted by using descriptive and analytical methods.
Finally, most important findings of the study are that; to hear the Hadith
directly and face-to face is the normal mean of narrating the Hadith, and it is
the best. Yet, to hear it directly via recent tools of technological means of
communications is accepted under certain conditions. However, receiving
prophetic tradition (TALAQQI) via TV channels and records is not permitted to
narrate it; though its importance as tool of education and receiving knowledge
cannot be denied.
