الوضع الراهن في المجال القروي الجزائري هو محصلة لترسب نتائج فترات متعاقبة مرت بها عملية تشكله و تحوله من الحالة التقليدية إلى الحالة التي هو عليها الآن. تتبع جوانب هذا التحول في المجال القروي الجزائري بشكل عام ثم في المجال القروي القبائلي من خلال دراسة حالة منطقة بني ورثيلان سمح من جهة بإبراز آثار أهم عوامل التحول المجالي كالاستعمار، الهجرة و سياسات التنمية الريفية بعد الاستقلال و من جهة أخرى سمح باستخلاص ملامح المرحلة الحالية و ادوار العناصر الفاعلة فيها.
التصور المستقبلي لمجال قروي خالي من السلبيات في مستوياته المختلفة (المسكن، القرية، الإقليم) يقتض تعميق الفهم لظاهرة التحولات المجالية و تضافر جهود مختلف الأطراف الفاعلة فيه.

Les mutations spatiales dans l’espace villageois montagnard kabyle : cas des villages de la région de Beni-Ourtilane à l’extrême nord ouest de la wilaya de Sétif.

Résumé:

L’espace villageois algérien actuel est le résultat de l’accumulation des produits de différentes étapes d’un long processus de formation et de transformation spatiales.
L’étude de quelques aspects de ce processus dans l’espaces villageois algérien en général et l’espace villageois montagnard kabyles à travers le cas de la région de Beni-Ourtilane nous a permis de saisir d’une part les effets des facteurs majeurs des mutations à savoir : la colonisation, l’émigration et les politiques de développement rurale de l’Algérie indépendante; d’ autre part elle nous a permis d’avoir une idée globale sur les caractéristiques et les acteurs de la conjoncture actuelle.
Un avenir meilleur dans l’espace villageois implique l’approfondissement des connaissances concernant le processus de sa formation et de sa transformation ainsi la sensibilisation à de tous les acteurs qui y activent.

Summary:

The actual rural settlements in Algeria are the result of many periods which have passed through the process of its formation and transformation.

The studies of some aspects of this process at Algeria in general and at the mountainous region of Kabylie in the case of Beni-Ourtilane in special it let us on the one hand to seize the effects of some factors of change like the colonization, immigration and the policies of rural development after independence. On the other hand, theses studies which have permitted us to have a global vision about the actual tendency and its actors.

In order to imagine the future rural settlement without negatives in its different levels like housing, village and territory we have to understand in deep the transformation of these spaces and even the coordination of different efforts which have made in its contribution.
